My order Status is Waiting for customer response. Why? Please let me know how to download the product.

If your orders status is "Waiting for customer response", this means we wait for your response to our request for additional information.

We have sent you email from billing@algozone.com to your email provided at the time you placed an order.

Please reply to that email with information asked and we will verify your information and approve your order.
Once the order is approved you will get download link in email or you will be able to download from your account with us.
